FAQ

1. What is vintage fashion? All fashion that was originally designed at least 20 years ago. All items that are modern [not vintage] will be noted in the description. Unless categorized in our vintage-inspired modern collection.

2. What are "statement pieces"? Statement pieces are the main attraction to any outfit. 

3. Are your vintage items clean? ALL vintage garments are dry-cleaned [if fabric permits] and ALL accessories are disinfected.

4. Do you have a return policy? All sales are final. We do not accept returns/exchanges. The vintage merchandise may not show visible signs of age and wear. For that reason, we will try our best to accurately describe each piece in detail. However, if your item is damaged & the damages are not listed in the description- we will be glad to send you a store credit via email. Please contact [email protected]  for all questions regarding pieces. 

5. Do I need a PayPal account to order merchandise from the online boutique? No, PayPal provides an "non-account holder" option, which enables you to purchase directly from your major credit/debit card. 

6. Do you keep all information private? Your email will not be sold to any other companies or organizations. We are certain that all your information will ONLY be to used to ship your order.
